The room was spotless, with modern amenities, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and a short walk to the city center. the fresh fruits delivered to my room each day and the lightning-fast internet speed were a nice touch.

Although the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, the options were primarily Chinese food with limited Western cuisines. while the hotel staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate my requests, their English abilities were a bit limited, which made communication difficult at times.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, even though we had a language barrier. They went out of their way to help us, using translation apps and ensuring that our needs were met. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved that there were different pillow options to choose from, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Checking in and out was fast and efficient, allowing us more time to enjoy our time here.

Spent an amazing New Year at this hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. Our room was spacious, clean and furnished with everything we needed. the breakfast had a great selection of food, especially the variety of fruit. Another bonus was the hotel's proximity to the central area and public transportation - it made exploring the city so much easier! All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and room. As non-smokers, it was a bit of a nuisance and affected our overall comfort level.

The manager was helpful and friendly, spacious room, good shower, comfortable family room with big beds, clean room and bathroom with plenty of towels, complimentary fruit and milk.

the hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to the train station and near the city center. the room and bathroom were cozy, modern, and perfectly clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite language barriers. Breakfast had a delicious variety. We enjoyed the fast and free Wi, Fi and the beautiful view from the 9th, floor rooms.

The check, in process was quite slow and frustrating, with others cutting in line ahead of us.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of food for every taste, and the staff was incredibly helpful with suggestions on getting around. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
